Welded steel chassis
All our drawbars, chassis, axle frames, cross members... are made with quality steel, treated by 70-micron hot-dip galvanizing.
TILTING SYSTEM
- To facilitate launching, trailers with a straight drawbar are equipped with a break-away drawbar, and our V-shaped trailers are equipped with a tilting track.
Winch jib
Our winch jibs have been designed to easily adapt to any boat bow. The bow stop is adjustable vertically and horizontally.
Dyneema Cable: This material combines the advantages of webbing and steel cable. It won't rust, while offering exceptional load-bearing capacity, low elongation under load, and a pleasant feel.
KNOTT Braking System: Our trailers are equipped with high-quality brake controls and axles to guarantee a reliable braking system and a comfortable ride.
Stainless Steel Brake Cables: Our trailers come standard with stainless steel brake cables for increased durability against external elements such as water and salt.
Mudguards: Our 1-2 axle trailers are equipped with UV-treated plastic mudguards that can withstand a load of 80 kg, allowing you to use them as steps for accessing the boat. Steel mudguards for models 320AF, 350AF, 353AF.
Premium jockey wheel.
Jockey wheel with a solid handle equipped with a ball bearing mechanism for increased robustness and maneuverability.
Tie-down points.
Several tie-down lugs are present on your trailer for easily strapping down your boat. They are generously sized to accommodate all types of hooks.
Wiring harness.
Mounted outside the chassis, this will facilitate any intervention in case of a problem. A waterproof junction box, with cage connectors, provides power to the lights.
Position lights.
All connection points are waterproof: light cables molded in silicone, quick connectors on the harness protected by adhesive heat-shrink tubing.
